Seasoned in governance, exploration strategy and management, Jonathan serves as a Director on the boards of Royal Road Minerals, Lavras Gold, Avanti Gold, and is actively involved in Jaguar Mining.

Member of the team that permitted the restart of Equinox Gold’s Castle Mountain Mine (2018-2021). Currently serves as Assistant General Counsel of Martin Marietta Materials and as Vice Chair of the California Construction and Industrial Materials Association (CalCIMA) Legal Action Committee.
