Vancouver, BC – September 22, 2026 – Lode Gold Resources Inc. (TSX-V: LOD; OTCQB: LODFF) (“Lode Gold” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has submitted all necessary discharge documents to release the Company from its senior secured debt obligations. Upon release, the Fremont Gold Mine — which had been pledged as security — will be free of encumbrance, and Lode Gold and its subsidiaries will have no outstanding loan obligations.
With the discharge documents signed and submitted, the Fremont Gold Mine will be released from security, allowing Lode Gold to focus fully on advancing the Fremont Gold Mine through its next phase of technical development, resource expansion, and corporate growth. Over the next six months, the Company plans to develop a preliminary mine plan for the Fremont Gold Mine, with the objective of establishing the technical foundation for environmental studies and permitting work.
The completion of the loan repayment marks an important milestone for Lode Gold, allowing the Company to focus its financial and technical resources on advancing its flagship Fremont Gold Mine. With no outstanding loan obligations, the Company is now pursuing technical studies to evaluate optimized mine plans and advance Fremont toward its next stage of development.

Dingman Property is an orogenic deposit in Ontario, Canada with over 22,000 m drilled, with a 2013 PEA, MRE (link to report) : 376,000 oz at 0.94 g/t within 12.5 Mt measured and indicated and 47,000 oz at 0.71 g/t within 2.1 Mt Inferred.
