    David Cochrane

    Mr. David Cochrane is a California-based applied earth science, environmental, health and safety professional with over 30 years of consulting, management, executive, and operations experience in mining, engineering, environmental services and land development. Most recently, Mr. Cochrane served as VP of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) for Sutter Gold Mining Inc., including obtaining and compliance with all required project approvals and permits at its flagship Lincoln Mine, located about 100 miles north of the Stratabound’s new Fremont Gold Project. Previous to that Mr. Cochrane was the Managing Associate responsible for Golder Associates, Inc, and served in several positions of progressive responsibility for Norcal Waste Systems, Inc (now Recology) including Vice President of Facilities, Development and Technical Services in California and the Western United States.
    Mr. Cochrane’s specific focus will be providing guidance on permitting the Fremont Gold Project towards production approval.

    Carlos Saban

    Carlos Saban is a skilled mining geologist who has a strong understanding of mineralized systems, mine economics and development. He has over a decade of professional geological exploration experience spanning a few continents. He spent his formative years in Peru, where his contributions have been key to understanding deposits and expanding resources, both greenfield and brownfield. Carlos has been involved in the identification, delineation, and modelling of several NI 43-101 compliant multi-million-ounce precious metal projects during his career. He holds a BSc. in Geology from Complutense University of Madrid.

    Marty is a natural resources and project development attorney who helps clients with property transactions, rezonings, and permitting throughout the US, including defense of permits that are challenged in court. He develops land use and environmental permitting strategies based on the local, state, or federal approvals required for development. He often plays the role of quarterback on permitting teams and leads zoning- and land use-related discussions with lead agencies. He handles public hearings before planning and zoning boards and other permitting-related administrative hearings. His combination of permitting experience and first chair trial and appellate court litigation experience enhances his representation of clients through the lifecycle of a project, from planning through development.
