  • Over 60M Oz Au discovered and 5 permitted mines in Yukon and Alaska
  • Property located in Selwyn Basin, Tombstone Belt, southeastern Yukon
  • 200km south of Snowline, next to Seabridge’s 3 Aces and Rackla’s Flat properties

27 kilometers in a district-scale setting (Yukon)

  • 27 km of prospective trend (within 99.5km2) with proven gold endowment
  • Only 20% of property explored
  • Excellent Infrastructure – Year-round road access (Nahanni Range Road to Cantung Mine)
  • Permitted – 10-year Class 3 Exploration Permit until 2026
  • Recent Staking & Acquisition Activities by Seabridge Gold, Rackla Metals and Snowline Gold

PROVEN GOLD ENDOWMENT – Exploration Highlights

  • Confirmed high grade mineralization: Avg. grade from 93 surface samples of 13.3 g/t Au; up to 320 g/t Au
  • Consistent gold anomalies across property demonstrated by reconnaissance soil sampling
  • 3 km of mineralization defined by 24 trenches; best trench results: 24.4 g/t Au over 6.0m (incl. 95.0 g/t Au over 1.5m)
  • 25 ddhs completed over 4,567m; several economic >50 g*m drill intercepts
  • Drilling & Trenching defined:
    • 130m wide by 970m strike gold corridor
    • 5 parallel, vertical high-grade Au-bearing quartz shear veins and breccia structures
    • Within lower-grade wall-rock mineralization, open on strike and at depth below 225m
  • 90 sq. km property along 24 km of mineralized trend…only 20% explored
  • All-season Cantung Mine Rd through claim group… low exploration cost
  • 10-year Class 3 Exploration Permit to 2026
  • 25 km north of Seabridge Gold’s high-grade 3 Aces Project
  • 5,401 g/t Au discovery 2003
  • Six parallel gold-bearing veins within a 130m wide gold vein “corridor” along 970m of strike – open both directions and at depth below 150m
  • New discovery 7.1km along strike: 0.92 gpt Au/2m

2021 Highlights

  • 116 soil and 157 rock samples, ground geophysics and geological surveys on property-wide  targets
  • 92 surface samples collected averaged 13.46 g/t gold uncapped, (8.85 g/t Au capped*), and ranged between <0.01 g/t to 320 g/t gold
  • A total of 25 drillholes and 24 trenches completed over 1 km strike
  • Drill results up to 60.1 g/t gold over 0.9m (within 2.53 g/t gold over 33m)
  • Best trench result: 24.4 g/t gold over 6.0m (including 95.0 g/t gold over 1.5m)

2020 Highlights: Float-train Sampling

  • 1 km long by up to 0.1 km wide gold-mineralized boulder field of surface float-trains linking likewise gold-mineralized quartz vein structures exposed in outcrop, subcrop and trenching
  • 92 surface samples collected averaged 13.46 g/t gold uncapped, (8.85 g/t Au capped*), and ranged between <0.01 g/t to 320 g/t gold
  • 64 of the samples (70%) were between 0.25 g/t to 320 g/t gold and averaged 19.32 g/t gold uncapped, (12.70 g/t gold capped*)
  • Only two samples were below assay detection limits
